To make the most of your call, you may be asked to provide sketches, photographs, measurements, or other relevant information in advance. You will leave with greater clarity, practical recommendations, and a better understanding of what your project may require. Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions: The $125 fee covers one 50–60 minute consultation. The consultation provides general educational and practical guidance based on the information you provide. It does not constitute legal, patent, financial, or other professional advice. No specific outcome, patent protection, licensing deal, or commercial success is guaranteed. Return/refund policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of the $125 consultation fee, or you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the $125 fee is generally non-refundable. However, I understand that unexpected things happen, so please contact me. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. Privacy policy: Your privacy matters to me. Information you share about your invention will be treated as confidential and will only be used to prepare for and conduct your consultation, except where disclosure is required by law or you give permission otherwise. Please do not send sensitive information through the booking form that you are not comfortable sharing before a formal confidentiality agreement is in place.
